New Updated Pricing: More Convenient and More Choices

Due to increase costs we had to update our prices. This could sound like a bad thing but it really lead to a really great thing. New software!

Rather than just update the prices we have invested in software that will make ordering considerably easier. Pricing will reflect exactly what you want and allow you to order exactly what you need. We will do away with basic, standard, and premium. That way we can incorporate all of these into one section. This will a give you the ability to just go to one screen and select out of multiple choices rather than visiting multiple pages.

Also the pricing you see on the website will reflect the prices you see in store. We are still going to offer discounted rates ordering online. This will give you the ability to quote your projects using the website instead of us quoting you for instore prices.

To streamline this process we are going to slowly convert different products over to this new software. It will look very similar to what we have been doing so it wont be a huge change. If something isn’t working let us know and we will take care of it. Leading to less downtime and a better transfer.

In the end I hope this makes ordering easier for you and less work for all of us. If you have any questions or issues we are always looking to improve. Let us know if we can help make things easier or if part of our process is broken. Your responses help us in so many ways.

The Shortages That Are Devastating The Print World

Paper Shortages

Our industry is being hit hard with shortages. A lot of our papers are unavailable from suppliers. Some of the mills have closed and some mills have been starting back up. They are working hard to maintain paper supplies as best they can. Because of this some of our common papers are hard to come by. Some items are taking months to receive with no date when they will become available. We are working on replacing or modifying our stock to maintain our turnaround and pricing.

Toner Shortages

If that is not bad enough our toner supplier has lost two manufacturing facilities and are struggling to keep up with demand. We will be able to keep going with a work around until the issues have been resolved.

Now you can order 11″ x 17″ brochures folded to 8.5″ x 11″.

Envelopes Now Available Online

Envelopes Now Offered

We have always offered envelopes in store. Now we are able to offer them to you online. We can print on commercial #10 envelopes as well as return #9 envelopes and last but not least announcement envelopes. For greeting cards or postcards we have blank envelopes available to add to your order.

All of our envelope paper is 24# white and usually in stock. Additionally we can print envelopes in full color and black/white. Envelopes are usually run on Wednesdays to keep our machine down time to a minimum. Other requirements are bleeds are not currently available and margins need to be included for these. If you have a logo and address we can typeset these inhouse for you. Be sure to include the print ready file or logo when ordering.
